How long does my order take to arrive?

Micro Rocket, Mini Rocket and other systems are normally 1 – 2 days via FedEx Priority.
Look Solutions machines take around 2 weeks for delivery.

Where does my order ship from?

Mini Rocket and other systems are shipped via FedEx Express from the UK, with duty & local US taxes paid, and is normally a 1 - 2 day delivery time.
The same applies for Look Solutions machines, but these generally have a 2 week lead time.

To order online in the UK:
